Erika & Steve {Engagement}

Not only did I get to go home to Pittsburgh for a whole week over Thanksgiving but I also go to photograph one of my favorite engaged couples! Erika is my best high school friend's little sister so I was more then happy when I was asked to do their engagement pictures. We headed over to North Park and had a great time wandering around on what was a gorgeous Fall day. These two are true lovebirds and just laughed the whole session. I was also thrilled to hear that they are getting married where Tim and I had our wedding reception, Armstrong Farms! Good choice you two!

I think engagement sessions are quickly becoming some of my favorites to photograph.

Trisha & Brian {Engagement}

Tim has brought so much to my life, and one of those many things is new friends. In the last four years I have met so many wonderful people through Tim, and Trisha and Brian are two of those people.
On the eve of Valentine's day, Brian proposed to Trisha. Weeks before Brian proposed he organized a surprise get together of their friends for Trisha! We all met up in Georgetown and got to spend the evening celebrating with them. How sweet is that?
They are such a lovely and sweet couple and I couldn't be more excited for them! Let the countdown to the wedding begin! :)

Dave & Merry ~ Engagement Pictures!

This past Saturday, I had the opportunity to take this cute couple's engagement pictures. We have been trying to schedule there photo shoot for quite some time so we decided to move forward with the shoot even though there was snow piled high and it was really really cold out. They both graduated from Boston College so they are use to these cold temperatures! Halfway through my fingers started to freeze but luckily Merry came to the rescue and offered up her fingertip-less gloves. Is there a actual name from those kind of gloves, because I love them! Anyway, before more rambling here are some of my favorite shots from the afternoon.
