The start of Doyle's modeling career...

Doyle made it into the Washingtonian! I sent his picture in months ago and didn't happen to see he was in it until I randomly opened up to the page while getting my oil changed. Totally made my day! I'm a proud puppy mom and just a little biased, but I think he's the cutest on the page! :)

Doggies and Blizzards

Yesterday it was just Doyle and me. Tim, being a Property Manager, had to trek through the snow and head to his property to help with the snow removal efforts. He left at 7:30 am and got home at about 6:00 pm! The poor guy had to shovel heavy snow, take one of his employees to the hospital for a wrist injury, and deal with trees falling on cars. Sheesh! Makes me feel bad since I've spend the day watching the snow fall and laying on the couch watching lifetime movies.

Anyways, below are a few pictures of the day.

This is a picture about halfway through the day of our backyard and Doyle looking out our french door.

When he wasn't outside plowing through the snow he was keeping warm and snoozing.

He really hasn't grown into his ears and I'm totally fine with that. :)

People aren't the only ones that like to snuggle in blankets on cold days.
This is a picture our neighbors huge tree that was weighed down by snow and completely covering our fence. I'm still a bit nervous that this tree is going to snap and all on either their house or ours.

I haven't posted a picture of my little guy in a little while so here is one from Halloween. I almost bought him a mailman costume, it even had a mail bag and a hat, but decided against it since I knew Tim would be horrified! So we settled on a cute bandana. He is so easy to love.

I know I post an awful lot about my little guy, but as a new puppy mom I think he's just soooo cute and funny. He has definitely become very comfortable in our house and is just living his puppy life to the fullest. This picture was taken right after we came in from playing. I left the room and when I returned I found him passed out on the couch like this...
